The first step is to schedule a free discovery call with me. This call will serve as an initial consultation, where I can learn more about your fitness goals, preferences, and lifestyle. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions they may have about the training program.

Fill out Intake Forms and Questionnaires

After the discovery call, I will send intake forms and questionnaires to you. Filling out these forms will help me gather more information about your health history, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations.

Create a Customized Training Plan

Using the information gathered from the discovery call and intake forms, I will create a customized training plan for you. This plan will include specific exercises, workouts, and nutrition recommendations tailored to your individual needs and goals.

1 Week Assessment Period

Once the training plan is finalized, I will schedule your first week of training. This first week will be an assessment week, which will allow me to evaluate your fitness level and establish a baseline for future progress.

Weekly Check-In's with Me

Every week, we will conduct a check-in together. The check-ins allow me to assess your progress, adjust the training plan as needed, and provide further guidance and support to help you reach your fitness goals.

Ongoing Support and Accountability

This includes weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to the training plan as needed. I will also be available 24/7 through the training portal, so you know the answers to your questions are just a tap or click away!

Yes, you can get the same results with online personal training as you would with in-person training. With online personal training, you still receive personalized attention, guidance, and accountability from me, but you have the flexibility of working out at your own convenience.

Do I need any equipment for online personal training?

It depends on the workout program designed by your trainer. Some workout programs may require equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat, while others may not require any equipment at all. Your trainer will let you know what equipment is necessary for your program.

How often should I expect to communicate with my online personal trainer?

We will have weekly video or phone call check-ins. I will provide you with feedback, answer any questions you have, and adjust the program if needed.

How does payment work for online personal training?

After the initial discovery call, payment must be received for online training before starting. I offer 2 payment options: paid in full, or 2 monthly payments. All payments are completed through stripe.
