With 7 years of coaching experience and certifications in NASM, Kettlebell, TRX, and Functional Training, Kierra Kennedy is a highly qualified personal trainer who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Not only does she have the credentials, but she has also accomplished a lot in her own fitness journey, including competing in two bodybuilding women’s physique shows, a strong woman competition, and Olympic lifting. Kierra is also a current Crossfit competitor, and brings her personal experience and expertise to every training session at Onyx Strong.
